How are my cookies best enjoyed?
To enjoy them at their best, we recommend warming your freshly baked cookies in the oven for 6 minutes at 160°C. If you’re in a rush or feeling a little lazy, you can also microwave them for 10-15 seconds for a quick warm-up.

How long can I keep the cookies?
Our cookies are baked in Melbourne and sealed to maintain freshness and can be kept for up to 2 weeks. If you can’t finish them in that time (which we highly doubt because they are delicious) you can also put them in the freezer.

Are your cookies made from scratch?
Yes! Every batch of cookies we bake is handcrafted in Melbourne with high-quality ingredients. We pride ourselves on using the finest butter, chocolate, and other premium ingredients to bring you the best freshly baked cookies possible.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We don’t offer these options just yet, but we’re working on expanding our cookie range to suit more dietary needs. You can see our current flavours in our Cookie Pantry page.

Can I find a list of ingredients for your cookies?
Yes! All of our cookies have a detailed ingredient list available in our nutritional guide page. If you need additional cookie ingredient information, feel free to reach out to us.

What if I want multiple boxes, with different cookies in each box?
Add one cookie box, put in your selected cookies and add to cart. Then add another cookie box and repeat steps.

Order & Shipping Information

How do orders work?
We take orders on a weekly schedule Saturday to Saturday. This means you need to get your order in by 11:59pm on Saturday. This will allow us to bake your cookies fresh on Sunday and have them ready to be in the post on Monday. If you have an event on a different day of the week please contact us at info@dudleysdough.com and we will see what we can do!

When are your cookies baked and shipped?
All of our cookies are baked fresh in Melbourne every Sunday and dispatched on Monday via express post. This helps to avoid any delays in shipping or the risk of your order getting stuck in a warehouse over the weekend.

How do you ship the cookies?
We use Australia Post Express Delivery for our cookie delivery, which typically takes 1-2 days. However, please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays in the postal system.

Do you ship Australia wide?
At this time, we only offer cookie delivery within Victoria.

What if I need my cookies by a specific date?
If you have an event on a different day than the expected delivery, please email us at info@dudleysdough.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request for a specific cookie delivery date if we can.

What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?
If no one is home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave your cookie order in a safe place.

Can I send Dudley’s cookies as a gift?

Absolutely! Looking for a unique gift that is not flowers? Or a gift that is not alcohol? Our cookie delivery is perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, or sweet surprises. Just enter the recipient’s details at checkout and we’ll deliver them a box of happiness.

Do you have a physical store?

Nope — we’re online only! That means you can order cookies online anytime. Our team in Melbourne will bake and ship them fresh to you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our freshly baked cookies, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
